ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining visually compelling merchandising strategies across all franchise markets. This role ensures that planograms, product placements, and store visual standards are aligned with commercial objectives and tailored to regional requirements. The specialist will work closely with the Commercial team, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent brand experiences, drive sales, and support market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planogram Management
- Update and maintain core planograms to align with regional core assortments and agreed timelines.
- Develop market-specific planograms for new markets, including both core and campaign SKUs defined by the Commercial Manager.
- Support and approve campaign-specific planograms, incorporating local adjustments as aligned with the Commercial Manager.
- Create planograms for regional ranges and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Franchise Partner Engagement
- Sign off on macro flow layouts with partners based on commercial team space recommendations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners on visual merchandising topics.
- Onboard, train, and support franchise partners in VM principles and brand standards.
Campaign and Store Execution
- Monitor and follow up on both core and campaign executions to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in store openings and conduct market visits to ensure optimal execution and compliance with VM guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are executed on time and to standard.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field.
- Must have strong understanding of planogram creation and management across diverse markets.
- Ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into effective visual strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Preferably with experience using any planogram platforms.
